Can you hold your breath for eight minutes? a River Otter can while it’s exploring underwater! these amazing creatures make sure their ears and nostrils are closed off so they can explore in up to 60 feet deep waters. The diet of a River Otter can range from fish to insects, it largely depends on what they can find. Streams and wetlands are the home of choice, as long as there are some great rock piles to play on too. Surprisingly, most activity these amazing animals do is at night.
